POSITION: ASSISTANT PRODUCTION 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• MISSION

Under the direction of the Head of Production:

1.1. Artistic Programmes

Assist in the development and monitoring of the Ecole des Sables programmes: 

• Follow up production files (grant applications, activity reports, etc.). 
• Follow-up of the accounting of the projects in charge in connection with the accountant.

• Artistic and administrative PRODUCTION 

Assist in the implementation, development and monitoring of ongoing projects:

• Coordination of projects on site with partners, artistic direction and artists,
• Administrative and budgetary follow-up of ongoing projects: contracts, agreements, employment declarations, employment contracts and payrolls (in partnership with the service provider), visas, copyright, 
• Logistical follow-up: travel, accommodation, roadmaps.

• PROJETS – DIFFUSION

Ensures the search for local partners: networks, national and international.

• SUIVIS COMMUNICATION

• Participation in the design, writing, sending and updating of communication tools and media under the direction of the communication officer (website, newsletter, artistic files, texts and biographies, press reviews, etc.) and according to the requirements for each partner. 
• Updating the database.

PROFIL

• Level of study: Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Administration or equivalent
• Fluent in Wolof, English and French fluent
• Senegalese nationality or resident in Senegal
• Availability and adaptability: travel and variable hours.
