• Release based (Somatic training approach): Floorwork, Somatic techniques, Partnering, Acrobatics, Contact Improvisation, Improvisation / Composition, Movement Research & Creation.

09:00 – 10:00. Self-preparation time
10:00 – 12:40. Technical class
12:40 – 13:00. Break
13:00 – 14:30. Performing practice
14:30 – 16:30. Self-practice, research and creation time
