TRAIN · CREATE · PERFORM! A three-month professional dance journey for freelance contemporary
dancers, combining high-level training, close exchange with leading
international artists, creation and live performance in Vienna.

The Winter Intensive is a three-month professional dance journey
created by TAnzTAge Wien and Bluebox Hub for freelance contemporary
dancers ready to challenge themselves, expand their range and grow
into stronger, more versatile artists.

From January to April, participants enter an international artistic
environment shaped by intensive training, creative exchange, research,
creation and performance. Rather than following a fixed curriculum,
dancers encounter different choreographic languages, artistic methods
and physical demands throughout the programme.

Participants work closely with leading international guest artists,
including Anton Lachky, Tom Weksler, Hani Sirkis, KOMOCO, Lorena
Nogal, Evelien Jansen, Guy Nader and Maria Campos, Lysanne van Berlo,
Antonin Rioche and Ernesto Edivaldo.

The journey moves from training and studio research into a dedicated
creation period and live performance opportunities within TAnzTAge
Wien. Participants gain direct insight into professional artistic
processes while becoming part of an international community of dancers
and choreographers in Vienna.

The programme is intended for freelance contemporary dancers with a
strong movement background or completed dance education. Applicants
should bring curiosity, professional responsibility and the
willingness to engage fully with different artistic approaches.

All classes and workshops are conducted in English. Limited places are
available.
