The venue is located in Farringdon, Central London, just a short walk
from Farringdon Station.   This is the agenda for the audition: 10:00
– 10:30 > Reception of selected candidates 10:30 – 11:45 > Ballet
class with the company director, Jean-Philippe Dury 11:45 – 13:15 >
Elephant in the Black Box Junior Ballet repertoire 13:15 – 13:30 >
Short break 13:30 – 15:00 > Solo et improvisation

Description of opportunity:
ELEPHANT IN THE BLACK BOX, in collaboration with renowned
international choreographers.
Full-year Professional Dance Training Programs in its centers in
Madrid (Spain) and Pau (France) for next season 2024/2025. Our
programs include stage practices and choreographic creation and
provide young dancers with a unique opportunity to enhance their
training, explore new creative perspectives, and collaborate with
globally acclaimed choreographers.

Both of our centers are held under the artistic direction of
choreographer Jean Philippe Dury, a former dancer of the Opéra de
Paris, Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, and Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de
Montréal, and its programs emphasizes practical stage experience and
the study of repertoire under the guidance of international
collaborators.

Although the programs at both centers are similar, please consider the
following guidelines when choosing your center:

France supports dancers aspiring to work in both classical and
contemporary repertoire. Our program is tailored to nurture versatile
dancers passionate about both traditional and modern dance forms.
The Junior Ballet France welcomes candidates who are eager to
professionalize in classical and contemporary dance
EBB JUNIOR FRANCE + Official Choreographic Studies Diploma (DEC) / Full year

EBB JUNIOR FRANCE (Without DEC) / Full year or 6 months option

EBB JUNIOR MADRID supports dancers wishing to pursue careers
exclusively in contemporary dance and with companies focused on
contemporary choreography. Our program is designed for those with a
strong dedication to the modern and innovative aspects of the dance
world.

reach out to you after reviewing it. To ensure fairness in processing
all requests and due to the high volume of applications, please be
aware that responses will be provided in the order in which the
applications are received.

In-person Audition: In this registration form, you will find the
option to select the date and location for the audition that is most
convenient for you. Auditions will be held In London on May 12, 2024,
from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, there will be ballet, contemporary,
repertoire, and solo improvisation classes. No candidates will be cut
during the audition. Candidates will have the opportunity to have an
interview with the management at the end of the day.

Our artistic director will respond to you as soon as possible to
communicate the results. In the case of acceptance, you can join the
program starting on September, 2024.

of scholarships and assistance based on the order of registration.
