Balletto Teatro di Torino is looking for a male / identifying dancer with a good foundation in ballet and contemporary technique, strong ability in floor work and improvisation. You are professional, ready to jump into group processes, and open to experiment with different genres of body work. AGE 18-40.
BTT is a small-sized 6 person dance company with full-time dancers who work on a variety of projects that include site specific performance, stage work and film. The company is steeped in tradition, maintaining a repertory of different styles from a breadth of international choreographers, but is also invested in bringing virtuosic technique and discipline to more experimental dance experiences. Our dancers need to be curious, disciplined and invested in the company vision. The company performs throughout Italy and is projected to travel in Europe, the USA and possibly Asia in the next few seasons. We welcome international applicants but emphasize the ease of hiring for those with a European Union passport.
