The Laban Movement Studies are a tool to grasp the variety and complexity of movement.
By exploring the categories of body, space, shape and dynamics (effort), we will increase our expressiveness and develop creative skills.
With dance improvisation, set movement sequences and feedback discussions, the practical work will be integrated into a theoretical context, thus creating an overview of all the material.
We will meet LIVE-Online via Zoom, with interactive parts in which questions are always welcome.
Tuesday 31.8. – Saturday 4.9.21, daily 4 – 9pm (CET) with 1h break
