Artistic Professor (W2) of Ballet Techniques (m/f/d)
is to be appointed in Faculty 3 from September 1, 2025.

We are looking for a renowned personality with an international profile and excellent connections who can represent the breadth of ballet techniques as a study subject in a professional way. You relate to William Forsythe’s experimental approaches to ballet and develop these innovatively further. You reflect upon your own teaching within the context of current subject-specific discourses, and design culturally sensitive instruction that takes account of anatomical and physiological competencies as well as students’ individual requirements. You support students in unfolding their mental and physical agility, individual power of expression and personality in artistic and choreographic processes.
