Are you ready to take your training to the next level and step into the professional world of dance?

Elephant in the Black Box Company is now accepting online applications for our highly selective Junior Ballet Program, based in France and Spain, for the 2025/2026 season.

 WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 female and 3 male dancers (ages 15–23)

• With strong classical and contemporary background

• From top international schools and academies

 TWO TAILORED TRACKS:
• France – Junior Ballet Track (ages 15–23)
→ Full professional training + rehearsals + stage experience
→ Partial scholarships available for exceptional talent
→ Pointework required for female applicants

• Madrid – Pre-Professional Track (ages 15–23)
→ Final year of advanced professional preparation
→ Special focus on audition readiness, career coaching, and networking with companies
→ Opportunity to join residencies, international festivals, and internships

• Classical variation on pointe (girls – France only)
• Repertoire male variation (boys – France only)
• One contemporary solo of your choice

???? Selected candidates will be invited to a video interview (Skype or Zoom) in July. Final decisions will be announced end of July following the review and votes of the company’s artistic team.
